We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, however slight variations may occur. All products are subject to availability.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Prices may change without notice, but this will not affect orders already placed.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods provided at checkout.

 

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when your order is dispatched.

 

5. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

  • If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence.

  • Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
